Abstract/Contents: | Presents compost manufacture as an alternative use for green plant waste material comprised of "grass cuttings, woody prunings from trees and shrubs and other leafy waste material". Provides recommendations for compost application on turf and ideal measurements. Observes the results of compost placed on turf, including no long-term restriction in turf vigour, increased leaf growth and improved turf cover and color. |
