Abstract/Contents: | "Rhizoctonia solani, Magnaporthe poae, Laetisaria fuciformis, and Colletotrichum graminicola in turfgrass is equal to or better than current commercial standards. Mixtures of trifloxystrobin with propiconazole provided enhanced activity on Sclerotinia homoeocarpa, Microdochium nivale, and Typhula incarnata. Mixtures of trifloxystrobin with mefenoxam provided enhanced activity on Pythium aphanidermatum. The combination treatments also bring advantages such as management of fungicide resistance and more flexible spray timings. Evaluations are currently underway for activity against additional pathogens including Leptosphaeria korrea, Drechslera spp., and Pyricularia grisea." |
