Abstract/Contents: | A noted architect offers a few recommendations for reducing future problems with sand bunkers. The recommendations outlined in this article are as follows: 1) Cut a 1-foot vertical lip around entire bunker. 2) Construct a berm and swale at the low end of the bunker. 3) Install heribone drain tile pattern. and 4) Consider pros and cons of bunker liners. |
