Shanks, Golf Chairman at Thick Woods Country Club to the members of the club about discrpencies in the satisfaction with the condition of bunkers on the golf course. Presents recommendations for the club instead of rebuilding existing bunkers, including to "define what a bunker is...improve [the] practice facility...increase golfer skill level...[and] select proper equipment." |
