Abstract/Contents: | Briefly discusses the comparisons and advantages of using walking greensmowers rather than triplex greensmowers. Considerations include: labor costs, maintenance, oil leaks, adjustment, compaction pressure, abrasion, scalping, and problem areas such as slopes and bunkers. Operator training, transportation of equipment, and safety are also included. |
