| Abstract/Contents: | Presents the question of where the bunker rakes should be placed when not in use on a golf course. Explains Decision Misc./2 and states that they "[recommend] that bunker rakes be placed outside of bunkers in areas where they are least likely to affect play." States two rules from the Rules of Golf, Rule 24-1 and 20-3d, and addresses them as the core reasoning behind the decisions. Briefly describes the complaints made by having the bunker rakes outside of the bunkers and suggests using "common sense" when dealing with this issue. |
