Abstract/Contents:"The basic mechanisms of stomatal control are presented for freshman biology students in an interactive animation on a Macintosh computer. Module 1 relates pore size to anatomical features of the stoma. Module 2 relates the diffusion rate to pore size. Module 3 describes the dynamical response of the stomatal system. Classroom experience with this program will be described."
