Discusses the methods of the study, stating that "the grasses were selected based upon their usage at the time of experimental initiation in Florida...The grasses chosen were Champion, Tifeagle, and Floradwarf." Reports that "each of the three ultradwarf bermudagrasses had annual average turfgrass judged to exceed minimally-acceptable standards in each of the four years of the study...Annual average turfgrass quality was significantly affected by grass type for all years." Concludes that "acceptable annual average turfgrass quality can be achieved with any of the three ultradwarf bermudagrasses in subtropical Florida." |
