Abstract/Contents:Discusses putting green management systems. Presents a project "to develop and test management systems for [sand and silt loam soil greens] when creeping bentgrass is subjected to the varying degrees of stress that arise from different mowing heights." Concludes that "the sand putting green is faster than the soil green. This difference is attributed to higher bentgrass density on the soil green."
