Abstract/Contents:Describes graywater as the "soapy water from clothes washers and showers" which was used to water landscapes during the drought of 1977 and the drought of 1989-1991 in California. States that "most graywater systems are simple and inexpensive." Details the future of graywater and how graywater use will affect the green industry. Describes how graywater use might not interfere with the use of reclaimed water and the low health risk of graywater use. Concludes that graywater can help maintain the beauty of homes, save money, and preserve the environment for future generations.
