Details Rawlings' work philosophies, stating that "with a crew of more than fifty, one would expect Jimbo to be on the sidelines keeping an eye on things and giving directions. Not so. He is a hands-on kind of guy who can often be seen changing holes or aerating a green." Details how Rawlings was commissioned to "put the Bine Barrens and Rolling Oaks courses [at World Woods in Brooksville, Florida] back into shape. The high priced courses had suffered from lack of attention for several years and the conditions were starting to affect daily intake at the till."
