| Abstract/Contents: | Presents a study conducted to determine "the efficacy of quinlorac for white clover control when applied at three timings traditionally used to control crabgrass during the summer." Details the materials and methods used in the study, stating that "quinclorac was applied at three different timings including early-post emergence (EPO), mid-post emergence (MPO), and late-post emergence." Reports that "within two weeks of the first EPO and MPO application, complete control was acheived all quinclorac rates." Concludes that "although crabgrass only was present in low levels, it is likely that quinclorac rates and application intervals required to achieve acceptable levels of crabgrass control would be sufficient to completely control clover." |
