| Abstract/Contents: | Discusses 2007 activities of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) board. Mentions the results of a needs assessment survey "whose objective was to see how members rate their satisfaction with GCSAA programs and to identify the key components that influence members' satisfaction with those programs." Explains that "one of the responsibilities of GCSAA's board of directors is to document for members the association's forward motion, both philosophically and financially. That's done, in part, through annual reports." Also mentions the GCSAA Foundation, developed by The Environmental Institute for Golf. Concludes that "as the annual reports show, [GCSAA is] making progress. GCSAA is accountable to its members and The Institute to its supporters." |
