| Abstract/Contents: | Reports on updates of the Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA) Student Collegiate Challenge winners. Reports that the winning 2-year team Mt. San Antonio College Turfgrass Management program used the $4,000 award "to purchase two fantastic pieces of equipment, a Husqvarna DT 22-H Power Rake (dethatcher) and a Husqvarna AR-19H aerator." Also reports that the 4-year competition winning team the University of Tennessee "sent to the university to support the promotion and education of the sports turf industry and that they "have been trying to establish a living lab focussing on sports turf." |
