Abstract/Contents:Reports that "Advanced Sensor, which manufactures the RZ-Wireless system alleges through at least three lawsuits...that a former independent contractor it hired later used technology learned while working with Advanced Sensor to develop a similar system for Toro known as Turf Guard." Suggests that "the route chosen by Advanced Sensor and its founder, Walt Norley, is the wrong way to deal with such a dispute." States that "perhaps the most ill-mannered message from Advanced depicted a scantily clad young woman wearing a tiara, a sinister glare and evidence of little else. The message was 'beware of the prom queen', and it essentially compares Hill [the former independent contractor] to that girl in high school willing to do whatever is necessary to get to the top."
