Abstract/Contents: | Briefly discusses a study conducted "to evaluate potential control agents for dagger nematode compared to conventional nematicide." Reports that "researchers found that the results were varaiable. The main cause of the variability of results is thought to be related to the method of application. All greens were spiked prior to application, however this does not seem to have provided adequate coverage of the product through the profile to allow control. The implications of this is that spiking greens alone prior to nematicide treatment may not be the best pre-nematicide treatment." |
