| Abstract/Contents: | "Fungicides were tested for control of stripe rust (Puccinia striiformis) on three cultivars of Kentucky bluegrass. Carboxin (5,6-dihydro-2-methyl-1,4-oxathiin-3-carboxanilide) and oxycarboxin (5,6-dihydro-2-methyl-1,4-oxathiin-3-carbox- anilide-4,4-dioxide) gave excellent control. Differences in reaction of the cultivars of Kentucky bluegrass to stripe rust infection were also determined." |
