States that "John Parker is the superintendent of grounds." Explains that "the major portion of Parker's time in 2006 was taken by the renovation of the Ross course." Notes that plans were found from the original course and states "according to the plans, there has only been one hole changed through all those years and that was only so [they] could build an irrigation lake." Explains that "water quality is a concern, and [they're] currently looking at other ways of providing some water." Notes that Parker is supervising two other projects.
