Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the importance of providing proper nutrition to sand constructed golf greens and soccer fields. Permeable sand rootzones are usually lacking in nitrogen and contain low levels of other nutritents required for turfgrass establishment and growth. Suggestions on nutrition for newly established turf, mature turf fields, and turf management are given. |
