States that "Mike Tarantino from Poway Unified School District in Poway, [California] received the Dick Ericson award, which is given to a sports turf manager who positively impacts the sports turf indistry and exhibits effective team leadership." Also announces Dr. Grady Miller of North Carolina State University as the recipient of the Dr. William Daniel Award; David Reiss from Wasatch County school District in Herber City, Utah as the recipient of The George Toma Golden Rake Award; and Bob Campbell from the University of Tennessee as the recipient of the Harry C. Gill Memorial Award. |
