Abstract
(Thanks to DTRF) | "Fijnbladig roodzwenk is het dominante grastype, bekend van greens van de vroege links golfbanen (golfbanen aan zee in Engeland) voor 1860. De omhoog gerichte groei, smalle bladeren, goede uitstoeling bij lage maaihoogtes, voorkeur voor de lage stikstofniveaus van zanderige bodems en de goede resistentie tegen Fusarium (Microdochium nivalis) zorgden voor een brede acceptatie van dit gras op de zandige bodems. Roodzwenk komt van nature voor op zanderige gronden met een laag voedingsniveau. Het is de kunst bij de keuze van de grassoort om de soort te nemen die van nature daar ook thuishoort" |
