Abstract/Contents:Briefly discusses the rapidity with which weeds can be eradicated, suggesting that it "depends not only on the weeds present by the grasses found growing in association with the weeds." Provides an example of two lawns containing white clover but different turf species, indicating that "the weeds [disappeared] much more rapidly where Agrostis and not Fescue is the dominant species."
