Abstract/Contents: | Summarizes speech by B. Minick at the 1978 annual Turf and Landscape Institute on the governments role in availability and use of energy. He called for increased energy conservation through use of drip and underground irrigation, edible plants for landscaping integrated pest management and plants with potential for biomass conversion.
