Approximates that the ruling will result in a four dollar and thirty-eight cent increase in average hourly wage. Discusses the role of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America in opposing the ruling. Briefly announces that additional countries have become eligible to participate in the H-2B program and that H-2B employers must file an I-29 [Input 29 Work Hour Report] petition when securing H-2B visa workers.
