| Abstract/Contents: | Presents research conducted at the University of California, Riverside to evaluate fungicides "for the curative control of brown ring patch in southern California." Details the materials and methods used in the study, stating that "curative applications of fungicides were made to 6 x 6 ft [six feet by six feet] plots on 12 May, using four replicated plots per treatment in a randomized design." Reports that "after the curative fungicide application, it seemed that all treatments but Clearys 3336 had some effect in reducing the disease." Concludes that "Banner MAXX, Medallion, Endorse, Heritage, and ProStar were the strongest based on the May 25 rating." |
