States that "studies at Dark Horse Golf Club and California Golf Club of San Francisco determined the that spring or fall applications of methiozolin are effective for Poa control and confirmed total active ingredient required for control." Mentions a study on salinity management that "combined the line source method of generating a continuous distribution of saline or potable irrigation water, with the application of different quantities of water." Mentions the methods and results of two additional studies on to test the efficient of water use in cool season and warm season turfgrass and to "identify cultural and chemical practices that are most important for producing quality turf and optimal playing conditions on golf course fairways." Also summarizes a study on "carbon sequestration and water use efficiency of turfgrasses," as well as species trials for kikuyugrass improvement.
