Abstract/Contents:Addresses a question regarding ant infestations, explaining that "for some time we have been troubled by the presence of ants and their resulting mounds on many of our greens." Recommends the use of commercial carbolic acid, one ounce of which is dissolved in five gallons of water and sprayed thoroughly over infested areas, and dusting infested greens with sulphur.
