| Abstract/Contents: | Reports that Breckenridge Golf Club is participating in a program to collect solar energy and "add it to the electrical grid." Suggests that there are 300 hundred reported days of sunshine in the area so in turn, these solar collection arrays are extremely efficient. Describes the functions of these solar collection arrays, noting that they turn the sun rays into electrical currents, supplying more electricity during sunny periods. Overviews the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) stating that "the PPA is a cooperative effort in which public sector entities are able to partner with private sector entities (in this case Renewable Social Benefit Fund, or RSBF) to install and maintain solar energy collection and distribution assets."
