| Abstract/Contents: | "The callus and organ differentiation of Lanying I turfgrass type C. dactylon were induced from its stem explants. It was showed [shown] that the MS medium plus 2mg/L 2,4-D is suitable to induce the callus with a percentage of 73% and the MS medium plus 2mg/L NAA only induced the root formation. Both of the 2,4-D and NAA combining 6-BA with a concentration of 0.5mg/L could induce numbers of tillering buds." |
