Abstract/Contents: | "Shoot tip of Cynodon dactylon culture invitro on MS basic medium supplemented with 0.05-0.1 ppm IAA or without hormone. After three weeks young buds grown and overgrewn [overgrown] with buds were obtained. About two months it can propagated at hundreds times. When it reached 3-4 cm in height the plantlets were transterred [transferred] onto, medium wrth [width] ½MS + 0.05ppm IAA. Two weeks later they began to root; after four weeks transplanted them into the mixed soil consisting of sand and soil (3:1); under condition of certain temperature and humidity they live. Effect of growth and differentiation of shoot tip of Cynodon dactylon by kinds of midium [medium] and exogenous hormone concentration were contrasted in this experiment. The result show that N6 medium with 0.05ppm IAA is superior to MS. B5 medium with same hormone. This study provided a method of rapid propagation for lawn." |
