| Abstract/Contents: | "The research of physiological response and evelation [evaluation] in eighteen Festuca under different salt tolerance. The experimerntal [experimental] result shows, that from the morphological observation there have different decreased with the increased of salt concentration, such as aboveground biomass and underground biomass, plant height and survival rate. The reduction extent of aboveground biomass is more than underground biomass, there were significant difference between 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0% salt concentration. On the basis, the author does a further exploration physiological response under salt tolerance in seven Festuca. Result shows that chlorophyll, photosynthetic rate have different decreased with the increased of salt concentration, but proline was on the contrary of those." |
