Abstract
(Thanks to DTRF) | "Forum: groene groei in golf. De belangstelling voor golf en het aantal golfbanen nemen nog altijd toe. Ook groeit het besef dat golfterreinen een belangrijke rol kunnen spelen in het behoud van de open ruimte en natuurontwikkeling. Deze bewustwording leidde in Europa alsmede in Nederland tot ontwikkelingsinitiatieven voor ecologisch beheer van golfterreinen. 'Committed to Green' is daarvan een sprekend voorbeeld. Maar wat is tot nu toe het geboekte resultaat van de jarenlange discussie over ecologisch golfbaanbeheer en alle initiatieven die daaruit zijn voortgevloeid? Greenkeeper peilt de stand van zaken tijdens een forum op Nederlands eerste Committed to Green-golfbaan 'De Batouwe'." |
