| Abstract/Contents: | Ten S. homoeocarpa isolates were collected from 'Seaside' bentgrass (Agrostis palustris) plots either unsprayed or sprayed with Dyrene or Actidione-thiram for 6 consecutive years to control Sclerotinia dollarspot. Control with Dyrene was not obtained in the sixth year. Isolates from control and Dyrene-sprayed plots were found to be tolerant to 1,000 ug/g of Dyrene in vitro, and were pathogenic to A. palustris. The isolate from the Actidione-thiram-sprayed plot was not tolerant to Dyrene. |
