| Abstract/Contents: | Endothal at rates between 1/4 and 2 lb/acre, with or without vertical mowing, was applied to turf containing Veronica filiformis. It was more effective when applied during warm dry weather than under cool conditions. Control was almost complete with 1 and 2 lb/acre, but 1/2 lb was unsatisfactory unless 1 gal/acre of a nonphytotoxic oil was added. Artificial irrigation several days after spraying greatly aided turf recovery. |
