Abstract/Contents:"Luzulaspis bisetosa is a newly recorded scale pect [pest] from China; its host plant, Carex leucochlora, is one of the most important turf grasses. In this paper, the adult female is re-described and re-illustrated, and the first-instar nymph is described and illustrated for the first time. Finally, its economic importance is also discussed."
