| Abstract/Contents: | "The rhizosphere microflora variation of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi of Kentucky bluegrass under different soil nutrient conditions were studied with selective culture medium to explain the response regular of this grass to different nutrient conditions. The main results showed that the quantity of bacterium presented positive correlation with soil nutrients,the quantity showed depressed tendency with debase of nutrient conditions, but fungi quantity presented negative correlation with soil nutrients, it increased gradually with debase of the nutrient conditions, which resulted in the rhizosphere soil of Kentucky bluegrass turned into fungi type from bacterium type." |
