| Abstract/Contents: | RP-17623 [4-(2,4-dichloro-5-isopropoxyphenyl)-2-t-butyl- 1,3,4-oxadiazolin-5-one] at 2-4#, applied to an established turf before the emergence of crabgrass [Digitaria spp.], gave better (77-93%) control of Digitaria spp. than bensulide, chlorthal or siduron. Granular formulations of RP-17623 were more effective than the w.p. in 1969; 3# gave 53% control of knotweed pPolygonum spp.]. |
