| Abstract/Contents: | Post-em. applications of atrazine completely killed sprigs of zoysiagrass cv. Midwest but only slightly reduced the vigour of sprigs of cv. Meyer; residual pre-em. applications had the same effect. Only the parts of Midwest stolons in direct contact with atrazine were killed. Photosynthesis of leaf discs incubated in 100 M atrazine for 1 1/2 h recovered in cv. Meyer but not in cv. Midwest. |
