| Abstract/Contents: | There have been recent changes made to Chapter 482 of the Florida Statutes which is the section that governs the lawn and ornamental category and limited certification in commercial landscape maintenance. The changes refer to the Registry of Pesticide Sensitive Persons. Also Chapter 5E.14.119 has been amended to set forth the requirements of those individual who are seeking limited certification in commercial landscape maintenance. The changes to both Chapters are discussed in detail. |
