This free-standing title of the law requires communities to plan for chemical emergencies, and gives citizens the right to know about hazardous chemicals in this community. Discusses requirements of SARA Title III; Provides guidelines for using pesticide in accordance with the law. Lists chemicals that are binded by SARA Title III. |
