| Abstract/Contents: | Relates the results of a study done to determine the effects of mulching tree leaves in Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis). The study aimed to find whether mulching could be considered an inexpensive alternative to composting. Discusses methods and materials used in the study and provides specific data rating the color and quality of grasses with and without mulch. Also specifies which types of tree leaves were used for mulch. |
