Abstract/Contents: | The article talks about the work done on Tifton 94, a new type of Bermudagrass used on golf courses. Comparisons of Tifton 94 in regards to leaf and color shoot, density, and texture were made to Tifway, another cultivar of Bermudagrass. Tifton 10 was also discussed and according to Dr. Wayne Hanna, Tifton 10 is best suited for golf course roughs, atletic fields, landscape, cemetery, and home lawn situations. |
