| Abstract/Contents: | "This is the account of a new wet procedure to establish a green cover on the basis of the soil fertifier 801 concentrate (801-K) in combination with the newly developed soil improvement and the long-term fertilizer Biosol. Composition and effectiveners of 801-K and Biosol are depicted as well as the combined spraying method." 801-K is unique among fertifiers, in that it retains water while still allowing for complete permeability. Its being a fluid that is sprayed on a surface, it can more easily penetrate into depths of the soil, binding it far more effectively. It has been tested for its effects upon the environment, at it has proven no signs of negative influences, and it is completely bio-degradable, often completely gone within ten years. It does not adversly effect seed sprouting, only perhaps delaying sprouting if vast amounts are applied in a given surface. When combined with the fertilizer Biosol, 801-K has proven to be immensly effective in attempts to establish turf on ski slopes and other high altitude sites that are subject to severe weather and high erosion. |
