Abstract/Contents:Summarizes the gypsy moth control program used by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture. Control is accomplished through a voluntary aerial spraying program using the biological control organism Bacillus thuringiensis. Describes the rise in New Jersey gypsy moth populations that occurred in 1989-1990 and the reduction in populations produced by the spraying program.
