| Abstract/Contents: | Discusses a test that was done on turf during an extended dry period in Northern Germany in 1995. Describes the site as well as the research, and lists the results of the research. The most important factors found to influence the appearance of dry spot were: temperature, humidity, wind, light intensity, how long the sun was out, sunset, the angle of the wind, turfgrass variety, and cultivar. |
