Examines the effects of various practices on the hardness, weight bearing capacity and divoting characteristics of sports turf surfaces. Cultural methods studied include mowing height, nitrogen fertilization, choice of zoysiagrass cultivar, root zone mix, and inclusion of turf reinforcing mesh. |
