| Abstract/Contents: | A study was conducted to evaluate various fungicide treatments for control of dollar spot on a creeping bentgrass golf green. "All treatments gave significantly better quality and control of dollar spot than the control plot on 26 May with the exception of Lynx. By the June and July evaluations, all treatments were excellent for quality and control of dollar spot. All treatments with Daconil Weatherstik or Ultrex used as a sole treatment or in tank mix had no algae present. Where Daconil Ultrex was laternated with Eagle as the primary fungicide, alga[e] was present." Includes disease and algae ratings for all individual treatments. |
