Abstract/Contents: | Describes prior research done on biostimulants at Virginia Tech "to enhance cool-season turfgrass production." Summarizes other research which provides evidence that "hormone-containing materials or a triazole fungicide can acclimate turfgrasses to stressful environments" and that "drought tolerance was associated with the antioxidant content of the grass." Describes a more recent study which suggests that "the benefits derived from applications of biostimulant materials." |
