Abstract/Contents: | Article reviews the effects of cultural procedures and some stressful environment conditions on some physiological properties of plants. Facultatively parasitic fungi, which colonize, infect, and kill weakened or senescing tissues are also discussed long with various strategies for controlling Fusarium blight. Hormonal regulation of growth, physiological drought, solar radiation and heat, water stress, and oxygen deficiency are discussed as they relate to disease susceptibility. |
