Abstract/Contents:Discusses the use of a private weather consultant, stating that "one of the primary strengths of a private forecaster is accuracy, especially in the short-range forecasts of 2 to 24 hours" and that "another strength of the private forecaster that is not available from either the television or radio forecasts is that the forecast given you is always constructed by a degreed meteorologist, not an actor or disk jockey."
